A healthy scalp never gets noticed.” That’s something that stood out to me as I listened to focus group testing for Selsun Blue’s new brand campaign. People didn’t want to be see as someone struggling with dandruff—they wanted their scalp to be the least interesting thing about them! It ultimately inspired me to write what became their new tagline:

Works So Well, No One Can Tell.

We wanted to created a campaign that was comfortable talking about dandruff, approached it with a sense of humor, and delivered the message that when your dandruff shampoo is effective and reliable, no one can tell you get dandruff. They might not even believe you!

We need to produce both an English AND a Spanish commercial using the one and only day of filming! This involved casting a BRILLIANT multi-lingual star actress and her two boyfriends.

IN THE SAME DAY we gathered everything we needed for platform-first social ads that perfectly fit and fleshed out the campaign.
